Purposes for which the Foundation for CHANGE corporation is organized:

The corporation aims to promote learning and assistance for adult and juvenile probationers so that they may experience individual growth and enrichment for the betterment of society. The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and civic purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to charitable organizations in other parts of the world and to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law.
